Ordering and Shipping Policies

Ground shipping is only $5 in the 48 contiguous United States with any purchases made at Yellow Bear Shop.  You know exactly what the final cost is BEFORE you check out. No surprises!  If you need for expedited shipping, please email us MommaBear@YellowBearShop.com for a quote but we need at least 1 business day to provide you a quote.

Since Yellow Bear Shop sources our products from different manufacturers, your order may arrive in separate shipments (boxes).

Please note, it takes 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed as we wait for your funds to arrive from your credit card company.  This waiting period gives you the opportunity to contact us if you discover you ordered the wrong item, size or color.  PayPal is immediate so there is no delay in order processing.  Please remember that diaper cakes are custom made and may take a week or two to make and then another week to ship. New Arrivals nursery and kids bedding are also custom made and your order will take longer to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Sales Tax

Yellow Bear Shop is required to collect sales tax on transactions shipped to customers located in Florida. When an order is subject to sales tax, the tax amount will be automatically calculated and detailed on your order review.

Pricing Policy

Due to the fast pace of the consumer products industry, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information, but mistakes do occur, and we must reserve the right to make corrections, adjustments or changes without notice. When you order an item that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase. We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability, and offers are subject to change without prior notification. Product photos are representative only and product appearance and/or packaging may vary. We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product changes or discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors.

Product Availability

The products for sale in our store are there based on the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. When a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. All Yellow Bear Shop orders must be placed online. We do not offer the products or prices displayed on our website for sale via telephone, email or postal mail orders. This policy is necessary to ensure our ability to offer the lowest possible prices, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Are you shipping to Alaska or Hawaii?

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $25 for orders up to $75.  For orders over $75, please email Momma Bear for a quote.  For example, the Abiie BabyDeck stroller may cost an additional $125 to ship to Hawaii. Yellow Bear will contact you via email with the extra shipping cost.  If you approve the extra shipping amount, we will give you instructions on how to place your order.  We will need your CVV code from your credit card to manually put through a separate credit card transaction for the extra shipping amount.  Yellow Bear Shop will NEVER ask for your credit card number or address as you will input these yourself.  NEVER provide your credit card information over email to anyone. Momma Bear may also use PayPal to request the extra shipping amount. TummyTubs and stepstools can only be shipped within the contiguous United States.

Are you shipping to Canada?

Shipping to Canada is $25 for orders up to $75.  If you live in Canada, shipping to a friend in the United States is always your least expensive route.  If your anticipated order is over $75, please email Momma Bear at MommaBear@YellowBearShop.com for a shipping quote.  Yellow Bear will contact you via email with the extra shipping cost.  If you approve the extra shipping amount, we will give you instructions on how to place your order.  We will need your CVV code from your credit card to manually put through a separate credit card transaction for the extra shipping amount.  Yellow Bear Shop will NEVER ask for your credit card number or address as you will input these yourself.  NEVER provide your credit card information over email to anyone.  Momma Bear may also use PayPal to request the extra shipping amount. Are you in the U.S. military shipping to an APO or FPO address?

Thank you for your service!  But unfortunately Yellow Bear Shop does not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Not all products are eligible for Canada, Hawaii or Alaska shipping but submit your order and Yellow Bear will do everything we can to process your order.
