Return Policy
Yellow Bear Shop is happy that you are making a purchase. Please read our policies below to understand your return options for the products your are buying. Some products are not returnable. The general rule is that we do accept returns on many items but you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for return shipping. All damaged or defective orders are corrected promptly with no cost to you. You have 10 days from receipt of your order to notify us by email CustomerService@YellowBearShop.com that you want to return a product or your order is damaged. If you were accidentally shipped the wrong items, the wrong will be made right.
Returns
- Since your order may have included products from various manufacturers, we follow return/exchange instructions from each individual manufacturer. Some may allow you to return a product if you change your mind, some do not.
- If a return or exchange can be accommodated, Yellow Bear Shop will refund your purchase price along with any tax paid. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed. For an item to be considered for return, it must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition. Yellow Bear reserves the right to refuse a return that is not resellable.
- Email CustomerService@YellowBearShop.com with your request within 10 days of receiving your order. Include the reason you want to return your order, your name, order number and other order information. We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions. DO NOT ship the product back until you receive instructions and an RA number.
- Work only with Yellow Bear Shop. We will work with the manufacturer on your behalf.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless your order was damaged or incorrect.
- Rest assured, Yellow Bear Shop will do all we can to fulfill your return and refund request. We will call you on the telephone to discuss your options if you prefer.

What is Not Returnable
- Products related to hygiene or feeding (potty seats, potty pants, bathtub toy organizers, bath towels, TummyTub, TummyTub step stool, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.)
- Personalized items such as gift baskets, gift sets, bibs, blankets, pillows, growth charts, etc.
- Pillows
- Silk pillows and silk bedding (exchanges on damaged goods only)
- Most baby bedding from New Arrivals as they are a custom manufacturer
- Holiday merchandise
- Special order merchandise (including but not limited to large drop shipped products such as furniture, cribs and strollers)
- Home cleaning products
- Clothing or bedding that has been
laundered, worn or smells of smoke
- Little Miss Liberty round cribs or round crib bedding as they are a custom manufacturer
- Unsealed DVDs/CDs
- CuddlyWrap baby carriers
- Trend Lab bedding, diaper bags, pet beds and gifts
Damaged/Defective Merchandise or Wrong Product Shipped
If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective or if you received the wrong product, please follow these instructions:

CustomerService@YellowBearShop.com with a description of the problem within 24 hours of receiving the damaged or incorrect merchandise. Include shipping information, order number, tracking number and carrier.

We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions. DO NOT ship the product back until you receive instructions and an RA number.

- Yellow Bear Shop will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to obtain a replacement product or correct your order.
We strive to be as responsive as possible but please keep in mind that our business office is closed on the weekends. Yellow Bear and Momma Bear need their rest.
I See Me! or Kid's Heritage Personalized Children's Books Satisfaction Policy
I See Me! and Kid's Heritage books have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If there’s an error in the book, or it’s damaged in shipping, or if you do not like it for some reason (luckily that’s very rare), the manufacturer will remake the book or refund the price in full (less shipping). Damages and errors are corrected for free. If you do not like your book, the manufacturer will remake your book until you are happy. You pay shipping costs.
Abiie DiaperDeck Strollers Warranty & Returns
Abiie Juvenile Products, when purchased from an authorized retailer (Yellow Bear Shop), are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defect in materials and workmanship. Warranty is valid only for products purchased and used in the US and used in compliance with Abiie usage and maintenance instructions. A 15% restocking fee applies for returns and you pay for return shipping.
Warranty period:
Chassis: 1 year from date of purchase.
Upholstery: 90 days from date of purchase.
BabyDeck® diaper mat: 90 days from date of purchase.
During the warranty period, your Abiie stroller product will be either repaired or replaced at the warrantor's discretion without charge if it is purchased from an authorized Abiie dealer and is found to be defective in workmanship or materials. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or to damage due to carelessness, lack of maintenance, improper use, abuse, or neglect as determined by the Abiie service center. The customer is responsible for any inwards freight charge to return the product to the Abiie service center for warranty and/or service. In order for the warranty to become effective, Proof of purchase is required. The start of this warranty period is based on the purchase date on your receipt. Save your carton and receipt in case return for warranty service is necessary. Your warranty registration must be on file when warranty service is requested. BeBeLove USA Strollers Warranty, Damage, Restocking Fee and Return Policy Summary

Stroller Warranty
BeBeLove USA warrants that the stroller frame is free of defects for one year following the date of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and under normal use. There is no warranty on the stroller’s wheels, plastic, fabric or basket, basically wear and tear items. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse of this product, accidental or intentional damage, neglect or commercial use. If you want to make a claim against this warranty, please contact BeBeLove directly.
Defective Strollers or Highchairs
Please contact BeBeLove USA directly if your new stroller or highchair is defective within 3 days upon receipt. Once a defect is reported, BeBe will try to solve the issue by sending out replacement parts. If the part is not replaceable, BeBeLove will ship you out a new product. If defective products are reported after three days of receipt, BeBeLove will charge you for the replacement parts and the shipping of them. For faster service, please take a photo of the defect. If you are buying the stroller or highchair as a baby shower gift, Yellow Bear Shop highly recommends you examine the stroller or highchair prior to the party as the new parents would have to pay for the defective parts if something is broken.
Return Policy
Please email Yellow Bear Shop at CustomerService@YellowBearShop.com if you wish to return your BeBeLove product but keep in mind there is a 30% restocking fee for all returns and cancelled orders. You have 14 days to return the product and you will ship it directly to BeBeLove. Yellow Bear Shop will obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on your behalf. DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT TO BEBELOVE WITHOUT CONTACTING YELLOW BEAR FIRST. Only Never Been Used and New Condition merchandise can be returned to BeBeLove. If a stroller or highchair has been used or is dirty, it will be returned back to you at your expense and Yellow Bear will charge $25.00 to your credit card. All returns will be inspected. The 30% restocking fee will be charged to your credit card or PayPal by Yellow Bear Shop and no shipping costs will be refunded. Please do not take your stroller for a test drive in the driveway, or feed your baby in the highchair if you plan on returning it.
All return merchandise needs to have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number that Yellow Bear will give you. BeBeLove USA will not accept any return merchandise without an RMA number. You will ship the product directly to BeBeLove in its original box. Please write the RMA number on the box and include a copy of your original invoice.
If you experience an order discrepancy, please notify Yellow Bear Shop within 7 days from the invoice so we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

Order Cancellation Policy
Little Miss Liberty's policy is no returns and no exchanges as they are considered a "custom house" manufacturer. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it with Yellow Bear Shop if you change your mind. There will be an order cancellation fee. After 48 hours, there are no cancellations, no returns and no exchanges.
Damage Policy
Little Miss Liberty stands behind their products if it arrives damaged or defective. Should damage occur during shipment, do not refuse any shipment. Leave the merchandise in the original container and contact Yellow Bear Shop. If you are missing a part or one is damaged, please contact Yellow Bear Shop.
